The original house was built in 1870 or thereabout with a substantial addition added in the 1990's. The house has unique features of wall murals, wooden floors and fireplaces. Patty & Jerry purchased the house in April of 2023. We are enjoying making the house our home to host friends, family and guests.
The property overlooks the Conestoga River to the southeast and the Lititz Run to the west. The grounds include a garden pool, a koi pond, and a variety of plants that bloom throughout the year.
If you enjoy running, there is a 2 mile loop that goes through one covered bridge or the 3 miles loop that includes 2 covered bridges. Both go along the Conestoga River and pass Amish farmland.
